Agreement to these terms
By using ag4nts.com, booking a call or otherwise interacting with ag4nts, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Paid services may also be governed by a proposal, order form, statement of work or services agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls.
What we provide
ag4nts provides Agents as a Service through AI4NTP. We scope, build, deploy and maintain custom AI agents, automations and internal tools, and we help clients train their teams to use them.
Features, timelines, active build lanes, deliverables and service levels are confirmed during scoping or in the applicable proposal or order form.
Bookings and proposals
Booking a call does not create a client relationship or guarantee availability. We may decline, reschedule or cancel a booking. Any estimate or recommendation shared before a signed agreement is informational and may change as we learn more about the work.
Subscriptions, payment and cancellation
Subscription pricing, billing dates and included services are shown on the site or confirmed in writing. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, subscriptions renew monthly and may be paused or cancelled before the next billing period. Fees already earned for completed work are not refundable except under the first-build guarantee or where required by law.
The first-build guarantee
Your first build is intended to be risk-free. We scope it with you, deliver it, demonstrate how it works and train your team. If you do not absolutely love the first build, we will return the amount you paid for that build, with no questions asked, and you may keep the delivered build.
The guarantee applies to the first completed build in the initial engagement. Any specific process or timing will be confirmed during onboarding or in your service documents.
Client ownership and third-party components
Subject to payment of the applicable fees, you own the custom code and intellectual property created specifically for your delivered build. We will provide reasonable access to the deliverables described in your service documents.
Some builds may include open-source software, third-party platforms, models, APIs or tools that remain governed by their own licenses and terms. AI4NTP retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, general methods, reusable know-how and tools that were not created specifically for you. Where those materials are embedded in a deliverable, you receive the rights reasonably needed to use that deliverable.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful access to relevant systems and timely decisions needed to complete the work. You must have the right to share any data, content or credentials you provide.
You agree not to use the site or our services to break the law, infringe another person's rights, create harmful or deceptive systems, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware or interfere with our infrastructure.
AI systems and human oversight
AI systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate or unexpected outputs. You are responsible for applying appropriate human review before relying on an output for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety-critical or other high-impact decisions. We will work with you to define suitable controls for the intended workflow.
Confidentiality and security
We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to client information to the people and systems needed to deliver the work. Additional confidentiality, data-processing or security requirements should be documented in the applicable service agreement.
Third-party services
The site and delivered systems may connect to services we do not control. Their availability, pricing, security and terms are set by their providers. We are not responsible for changes or interruptions caused by a third-party service, although we will make reasonable efforts to help maintain supported integrations while you are an active member.
Website content and intellectual property
The ag4nts name, site design, branding and original website content are owned by AI4NTP or its licensors. You may view and share public pages for ordinary business purposes. You may not copy, resell or commercially exploit our branding or website content without permission.
Disclaimers
Except for commitments expressly made in a signed agreement or the first-build guarantee, the website is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
Limitation of liability
Liability relating to paid services is governed by the applicable signed agreement. For claims arising solely from use of the public website, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, AI4NTP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Total liability for a public-website claim will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where AI4NTP is established in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not governed by a separate signed agreement will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction there.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will revise the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
