Scope
This policy applies when you visit ag4nts.com, book a call, communicate with us or use services delivered through ag4nts. A client agreement or data-processing agreement may add requirements for information handled inside a specific client build.
Information we collect
We collect only the information reasonably needed to run the site, respond to you and deliver our services.
- Information you provide. This may include your name, email address, company, role, booking details, business goals, messages and anything else you choose to share.
- Client and project information. When we scope or deliver a build, we may receive workflow documentation, content, system access, credentials, files and data needed for that work.
- Usage and device information. Our servers and service providers may record pages requested, referring pages, approximate location, browser, device, IP address, timestamps and security logs.
- Booking information. Our Google Calendar embed may collect appointment details and may set cookies according to Google's policies.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and manage bookings.
- Scope, build, test, deploy, support and improve client systems.
- Train client teams and provide service communications.
- Operate, secure and troubleshoot the website and infrastructure.
- Manage billing, records and contractual obligations.
- Comply with law and protect our clients, users and rights.
Client data and AI providers
We process client data to deliver the agreed work and follow the access, retention and security requirements documented during scoping or in the applicable service agreement.
Depending on the build, processing may occur on private infrastructure, local models or selected third-party platforms. We will explain material data flows during scoping. We do not sell client data, and we do not intentionally use client confidential information to train public, general-purpose AI models without authorization.
Legal bases for EU and UK users
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal information based on your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the service. You may withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis for processing.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed with:
- AI4NTP team members and contractors supporting the engagement.
- Hosting, infrastructure, security and storage providers.
- Google Calendar and Google Workspace for booking and communication.
- AI model, automation, integration and software providers selected for an agreed build.
- Professional advisers, payment providers and authorities where required.
Providers may process information under their own privacy policies and contractual obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, fraud or abuse.
Analytics, cookies and embedded services
We use a self-hosted instance of Umami to understand aggregate site traffic, including page views, referral sources, approximate country, browser and device type. This analytics system does not use cookies, fingerprint visitors or collect information across unrelated websites, and its data remains on infrastructure we control. We do not use advertising cookies. Embedded services, including the Google Calendar booking page and externally hosted fonts, may receive technical information and set cookies under their own policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver services, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes and secure our systems. Project-specific retention may be set in a client agreement. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize or securely isolate it where reasonably possible.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and the service. These may include access controls, limited permissions, private infrastructure, encryption provided by our platforms, backups and monitoring. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International processing
AI4NTP operates from the United States, and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To make a request, email justin@ai4ntp.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children's privacy
The site and services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
Third-party links
The site may link to services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services and legal obligations change. We will revise the date at the top when we do. Material changes may also be communicated directly where appropriate.
